- Rescheduling may require advance notice.
- Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities

- Disclose any known underground utilities, hazards, or site conditions

- Ensure pets and personal property are secured during construction
- Make timely payments as agreed
